qmsDocs — document access from your existing register
qmsDocs is a working portable Windows application that turns an Excel or CSV document register into a browsable document menu. It helps employees find and open distributable documents while allowing an organization to keep its existing register and file structure.
Link to documents where they already live
Link mode supports access to documents in existing local or shared folders. Configure the register fields and approved document locations, then generate an employee menu that points to those files.
Prepare a portable document collection
A copied document collection can support work away from the internal network. The organization remains responsible for deciding which documents to include, protecting the files, and replacing outdated copies.
qmsDocs supports document distribution and access. Document approval, revision decisions, and the accuracy of the source register remain part of your organization’s document-control process.

qmsInspect — inspection measurement and analysis
qmsInspect is in development as an inspection measurement and analysis application. Current development includes measurement entry, descriptive results, visualizations, import and export, and decisions based on a manually specified sampling plan.
The design emphasizes efficient data entry and understandable results, with attention to assumptions, sample limitations, and the distinction between an analytical result and an authorized disposition.
Guided entry and analytical explanations are being developed and evaluated. Production availability and commercial terms are not yet announced.
Planned software directions
The following concepts describe areas under consideration. They are not currently offered as released products, and their scope may change during development.
qmsDocument
A broader document-management application in preliminary design, exploring authoring tools, an integrated document register, guided forms, cross-functional workflows, and document references and dependencies.
qmsTrace
A planned traceability application exploring meaningful relationships among materials, processes, equipment, personnel, and supporting evidence, with forward and backward tracing and visibility into missing links.
qmsFAIR
A planned first-article inspection application exploring structured preparation of inspection information and supporting evidence, including workflows related to AS9102 reporting.
A longer-term platform vision
STEMTEQ is exploring a modular approach that connects guided input, understandable analysis, traceability, and useful records. The goal is to support adoption in practical stages, with clear boundaries around each tool’s capabilities and requirements.
These platform capabilities remain a development direction rather than a promise that every feature is available today.
